Dr. Chase Moffat is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with a passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to excellence. With extensive training and experience in both foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, Dr. Moffat brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Ocotillo Foot & Ankle. Whether addressing simple foot pains or complex surgical cases, Dr. Moffat tailors each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of every patient, prioritizing their comfort and well-being every step of the way. Dr. Moffat is now also affiliated with Banner Ocotillo Medical Center, Chandler Regional Medical Center, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, Arizona Specialty Surgical Center, and Arizona Orthopedic Specialty Hospital.

Dr. Moffat's journey in medicine began at Brigham Young University, followed by earning his medical degree at Midwestern University in Arizona. He honed his skills as chief resident at Reading Hospital, a level one trauma center in Pennsylvania, before bringing his talents back to Arizona. As the vice president of the Arizona Foot And Ankle Medical Association, Dr. Moffat is dedicated to advancing his profession and giving back to the community.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Moffat is committed to education and mentorship. He teaches medical students, trains surgical residents, and mentors fellow surgeons through surgical skills labs, ensuring the next generation of healthcare providers is well-equipped to deliver exceptional care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Moffat finds joy in the great outdoors, embracing the beauty and serenity it offers. He is thrilled to join the team at Ocotillo Foot & Ankle and looks forward to serving the community with compassion, expertise, and a dedication to excellence.
